JohEle Flowers processes personal data only to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and operate johele.com securely. This policy applies to the Russian and English versions of the website.
2. Data we receive
- Information you submit through forms, such as your name, email, WhatsApp or Telegram number, company, location, message, and selected products.
- Technical information required to deliver pages, protect the service, and operate forms, which may be processed by our hosting provider Vercel.
- Website usage data through Google Analytics 4 only after you consent to analytics cookies.
3. How we use data
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotations.
- To operate and secure the website.
- After consent, to understand page visits, successful inquiries, and clicks to contact channels.
4. Cookies and analytics
Necessary local storage records your cookie choice. Analytics is off by default. After consent, Google Tag Manager loads the new JohEle Google Analytics 4 configuration. We do not use advertising or marketing tags in this version of the website.
Analytics events do not contain your name, email address, telephone number, message, or selected product details. They contain only the event type, page path, language, form type, or contact channel.
5. Service providers and retention
The website is hosted by Vercel. After consent, analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Retention follows the configured periods of those services and applicable requirements.
6. Your choices and rights
You may reopen Cookie settings in the website footer and withdraw analytics consent at any time. The site will remove available Google Analytics cookies and stop loading Google Tag Manager after the page refreshes.
